RSCA is looking for a KIT MAN who will ensure that everything is organized down to the last detail, from the changing room to kick-off. Someone who thrives on structure, perfection and teamwork.

Your role in the team

As Kit Man, you are an indispensable part of the first team’s day-to-day operations. You ensure that players and staff can focus entirely on their performance — because you have taken care of every detail.

What will you actually be doing?

No two days are the same, but your impact is felt every day:

• You ensure the changing room is spotless, with training kit perfectly prepared
• You lay out all the equipment for training sessions: from balls to cones and bibs
• You keep an eye on the details: correct names, shirt numbers, sponsors and initials
• You put together match kits for players and staff
• You assist with the maintenance and washing of all sportswear
• You check and repair equipment where necessary
• You manage stock and ensure everything is replenished in good time
• You liaise with the laundry service
• You transport equipment to the stadium and other venues
• You prepare the changing room on match days
• You arrange practical matters such as having shirts signed
• You are the point of contact for players and their specific needs
• You are present at both home and away matches
• You travel with the team on training camps, including abroad

In short: you ensure everything runs smoothly — often behind the scenes, but always essential.
