Goalkeeper Coach U10 - U11 - U12
Are you passionate about developing young goalkeepers and eager to contribute to their growth in an ambitious environment? The RSCA Youth Academy is looking for a Goalkeeper Coach to work with our U10, U11 and U12 age groups.
Your role
- Plan and deliver goalkeeper-specific training sessions for the U10, U11 and U12 squads.
- Support the technical, tactical and mental development of young goalkeepers.
- Work closely with the coaching staff to ensure a consistent development pathway for the players.
- Monitor the individual progress of the goalkeepers and contribute to their evaluation.
- Attend matches to coach and support the goalkeepers in competitive situations.
Profile
- UEFA B coaching licence.
- Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to develop young players.
- Motivated, dynamic and committed to youth development.
- Flexible and available during the week and at weekends.
- Previous experience as a goalkeeper coach is an asset.
Working schedule
- Two training sessions per week.
- One match at the weekend.
- An average of three sessions per week.
- Contract under the Belgian Article 17 employment scheme.
