After Sunday's game against Club Brugge, an incident occurred in stand N5. In close cooperation with the police, the club immediately took action to identify those responsible. One offender was already identified and immediately handed a stadium ban. An official police report has also been drawn up against the offender.
RSC Anderlecht condemns any form of violence. The club values safety in the stadium for everyone and will not fail to take appropriate measures. In close consultation with the police, the club will continue to analyse the images and make every effort to punish those responsible for such unacceptable behaviour.
The club wishes to thank the 150 stewards, 60 security guards and the police forces for their efforts.
