RSC Anderlecht and the Czech Sparta Praag have reached an agreement on the definitive transfer of Romanian midfielder Nicolae Stanciu.
Nicolae Stanciu arrived in the summer of 2016 at het Astridpark after having been very successful at Steaua Boekarest and his national team. In 38 games, the number 10 scored eight goals and provided his team mates with as many assists in his first season at the Purple & White. This season, the 24-year-old Stanciu was troubled by an adductor muscle injury. Since the beginning of the season, he scored once and gave two assists in 15 matches. After a season and a half with RSCA, the Romanian international is now heading to Sparta Praag, currently fifth in the Czech league.
