Javier Melchor will be the new goalkeeper coach of the first team. The 40-year-old Javier earned his stripes in his homeland Spain, where he has been coordinating the goalkeepers department at Racing Santander's youth academy since 2019.At the same time, he was also goalkeeper coach of Racing Santander's reserve team. Since 2021, he was the goalkeeper coach at CD Badajoz.
