In this context, we are looking for an intern data scientist who will mainly focus on tasks related to the recruitment of players for the first team and the U23 team (RSCA Futures). As a Recruitment Data Scientist intern, you will work under the responsibility of the Data Strategy Coordinator.

• Develop models and create new Key Performance Indicators to evaluate player performance.
• Conduct research that will help verificate the recruitment process.
• Conduct scientific monitoring regarding the advancement of data analytics in soccer.

• Data: Mastery of R or Python programming languages (Required): API, Visualizations, Reporting.
• Knowledge of soccer.
• Command of at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French and English.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and creativity.

It is a must that you can provide an internship agreement from an accredited training institution.
