Just like last season, the RSC Anderlecht U21s will compete in the ninth edition of the Premier League International Cup, with all matches played in England. These top-level games will be broadcast live on Mauve TV. The opening match against Sunderland will be available for free.

Organised by the Premier League, the competition brings together 32 teams from ten European leagues. The clubs are divided into four groups of eight, each featuring four English sides and four continental ones. Every invited club faces four British opponents. The top two teams in each group advance to the quarter-finals. The defending champions are Nottingham Forest.

In the draw, the Mauves were placed in a strong group with Leeds United (ENG), Manchester United (ENG), Sunderland (ENG), West Ham United (ENG), Borussia Dortmund (GER), Sporting CP (POR), and Athletic Club (ESP). The young Mauves will face the four English clubs away from home, and all matches will be streamed live and in full on Mauve TV
