SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Season card holders can request their regular seat during the priority period. They have until Sunday 22/01 to request their own seat. Please note: this does not apply to season card holders in the sections N1-N4 and W16 (read below)
Due to limited capacity at European matches, season ticket holders to the standing areas (N1-N2-N3-N4) and section W16 cannot yet request a ticket. They will have the chance to choose a seat later. A separate moment will therefore start for all N1-N4 season card holders on Tuesday January 24th at 10am on a first come, first served principle.
UEFA is also reserving section W16, and while seats may become available in this section, it is not possible to request a ticket here from 9/01. Season card holders in section W16 will therefore have the first opportunity to request a seat on Wednesday January 25th at 10am.
If you buy a ticket, please print your ticket. If you have the latest version of the app, you can also enter by scanning with your smartphone. Just make sure there are no cracks in your screen. Season ticket holders will NOT be able to enter with their season card.
It's forbidden to bring large bags. Only bags with a maximum size of an A4 sheet are allowed.
Umbrellas with an iron tip are not allowed. Stewards will accept a smaller umbrella with a blunt tip.
Parking Decathlon (with shuttle De Lijn) is not available for the game.
Parking Westland is exceptionally available on a weekday, but only from 5:30 pm onward. Access will be denied to supporters before 5:30 pm. The price of this parking has been increased to €10. Payment can be made by cash, credit card and Pcard+. More information at interparking.be
Reminder, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the stadium. We ask you to respect this measure.
The fanshop is open from 10 am to 6:30 pm. After the final whistle you can visit it until one hour after the game.

HOW DO I REQUEST MY FREE TICKET AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER ?
Since the match against Zulte Waregem will take place behind closed doors, we offer the opportunity to season card holders who wish to do so to reserve their seat without paying.
How does it work?
1. Sign up at ticketing.rsca.be with the email address linked to your season ticket.
2. Click on the banner and add your place in the shopping cart.
3. Click on "Add a discount."
4. Select the discount and click on "Apply".
5. The amount in the shopping cart is set to €0
6. Click on checkout.
7. You will receive a confirmation email and a link to download your ticket.
8. Print the ticket or put it in your wallet
I want to buy multiple tickets with my account
This is possible, just log in to our website and choose your desired seats. Each seat must be assigned to one unique MAUVE ID. This is because the Football Law requires that each ticket is linked to one unique person, the one coming to the stadium.
So create an RSCA account for each person you want to buy a ticket for, how to do this can be found HERE. Then this person will receive a MAUVE ID that you can assign to the chosen seat.

I CAN'T CREATE A RSCA PROFILE FOR MY CHILD/PERSON WITHOUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS
If your child does not have an email address yet, you can take the following steps to create an RSCA profile
Go to account.rsca.be > register > fill in your email address + name of the child (for example: [email protected]) together with a password of your choice. Then fill in the rest of the child's information.
After creating the profile a verification email will be sent to your email address. After clicking "Activate email address" the child's profile is created and you have a Mauve ID for the child that you can enter during the ticket purchase.
AS A MAUVE+ MEMBER, CAN I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL TICKET DURING THE PRIORITY PERIOD?
No, As a MAUVE+ member, you can only buy for yourself and other MAUVE+ members during the priority period. You can, however, purchase for children under 21 through your account. You only need to enter the child's MAUVE ID during the purchase.
Can I sell my seat on the second hand market ?
No, it is not possible to resell your place, but you can share your place with a friend, family member or acquaintance. You only need the MAUVE ID/email address of this person to transfer the place for the desired match. After transferring, the friend/acquaintance will receive an email with a ticket. More info HERE

Can I still buy tickets on matchday at the ticketing counter ?
