B2B Sales Lead

Are you a born networker with commercial flair and a passion for football and business? RSCA is looking for a B2B Sales Lead to further promote and grow our business products — from boxes to business seats, F&B packages and business events.

As a B2B Sales Lead, you are responsible for the commercial results of our B2B activities. You contribute to the growth of our customer portfolio, develop attractive hospitality formulas and strengthen the relationship with existing business partners. Together with your team, you ensure strong sales dynamics and a premium experience for all our business customers.

Your responsibilities

1. Commercial strategy & sales

  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for all B2B products: boxes, business seats, hospitality packages, business club and events.
  • Maximising B2B turnover through proactive acquisition, upselling to existing customers and innovative propositions.
  • Setting prices, sales campaigns and sales promotions in line with the club's commercial objectives.
  • Drawing up sales budgets, forecasts and reports using Salesforce, among other tools.

2. Customer management & relationship building

  • First point of contact for our prospects, business partners, box holders and corporate customers.
  • Build lasting relationships that go beyond a single season, with a focus on loyalty and added value.
  • Develop tailor-made commercial propositions in collaboration with marketing, partnerships and operations.

3. Product development & market insight

  • Optimise existing formulas and introduce new packages that respond to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with catering partners to enhance the hospitality and F&B experience.

4. Team lead & coaching

  • Managing, coaching and motivating a team of B2B sales staff and hospitality officers, with clear reporting lines to the Partnership & B2B Director and the Marketing & B2C Director.
  • Maintaining commercial relationships with catering companies.
  • Ensuring clear objectives, monitoring results and a positive, results-oriented team atmosphere.

What do we expect from you?

  • Sales-driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong motivation to close deals and achieve maximum commercial results for the club together with your team.
  • A natural leader who knows how to inspire, connect and guide the existing team.
  • At least eight years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sports, hospitality or events.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with proven results in sales growth.
  • Salesforce experience
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset and passion for customer experience.
  • Presentable appearance and the ability to represent RSCA at a high level.
  • Experience in people management and leading a small team.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
