Azerti Race Automotive

Azerti Race Automotive are a Belgian racing team with international roots. During the past few years, the team, founded by Wim Coekelbergs, won the Mégane Trophy, did well in the Belgian GT Championship and were successful in the Belgian Renault Clio Trophy. In 2007 Azerti gained important international experience after a year of WTCC, World Tourig Car Championship.
In 2008 Azerti also took up the challenge of taking part in the Superleague Formula. Since this season 2010, Wim Coekelbergs’s racing team provide the RSC Anderlecht and Corinthians (Brazil) cars. During their first season, Azerti Race Automotive managed to take several stage wins and even finished second on the general league table with PSV Eindhoven. This season, Azerti’s goal is to have both cars finish among the top three at the end of the season.
