Anderlecht coach Ariël Jacobs has announced a selection of 20 players for the game of the 18th matchday against Sporting Lokeren. The Purple & White will look for the three points against Lokeren after having gained only 1 out of 6 during the last two weeks. No doubts for the T1 this week, he is able to count on a fit selection. Dieumerci Mbokani, too, is ready to play.

Dieumerci Mbokani came in fifteen minutes before the final whistle against Lokomotiv Moscow and to the complete satisfaction of the player and the Purple & White staff, the injury did not become worse after the game. “He completed two training session today”, Jacobs said during the press conference. “If necessary, he will be ready to start the game.”

Against OHL and KV Mechelen things did not go too well, but against Lokomotiv Moscow, the Purple & White seemed to have turned the tide. “As I have said before, they are two different leagues. The players showed what they could do against strong opponents last Wednesday, but it was partly because of the opponents that we were able to play that way, as Lokomotiv had come to the CVDS Stadium to play football”, Jacobs continued.
