Not only have the Purple & White taken the maximum of 12 points after four matches - and have coach Ariël Jacobs’ team already secured their place in the EL’s round of 32 - but the team from Brussels are also on top everywhere else. Anderlecht have won four times in a row, their striker Mati Suarez is top scorer with 11 goals and Sporting have only taken one goal, which means they also have the best goal difference.

RSC Anderlecht, furthermore, have the all but one best offensive qualities with those 11 goals - Twente have already scored 12 times - and together with Standard and Schalke, Sporting also have the best defence. All three teams have only taken one goal.
