Portsmouth angles for Aruna Dindane. The English club last winter already bought Ivica Mornar from Anderlecht. Mornar disappointed and got the permission to leave the club. Portsmouth wants Aruna after the deal concerning the arrival of striker Ricardo Fuller (Preston North End) has fallen through.
Mark Hendrikx still has a contract for one season with Sporting but he may leave for free. Last week he reached an agreement with Roda JC for four seasons but saw the transfer fall through eventually. "I have understood that Anderlecht doesn't want me leaving for Roda and I reconcile myself to the situation. It's very simply really. We have an appointment that all sides have to feel good about the transfer. Roda didn't make Anderlecht happy. No problem. If Anderlecht finds me a club which I don't like, it won't go through either. If I don't find a new club before the start of the competition, then we will look at the situation in January. It's as simple as that", according to Hendrikx who doesn't seem to worry. "I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, I'm feeling allright here in Anderlecht. I'm going to try hard again now the new competitionstart is approaching. I dare to say that I'm in good condition."

Sporting Anderlecht is staying in Oisterwijk this week, RSCA is going on training camp on Dutch territory every year. There's a little difference with the past few years though, since the accent now lays more on the tactics and less on the physical, the morning run has been crossed off the programme. During the camp only one important absentee: Seol, he's playing the Asian Cup with his national team and will be absent until the 7th August. Glen De Boeck and Martin Kolar are present at the training camp but not yet available, they are training individually.
